“Without” is one word in modern English.
Also, what these two women are doing is called “girl-girl” posing in English, with the hyphen.
I just cannot imagine anyone writing “girl girl”. That does not make any sense in English, especially since “girl” is a noun, but “girl-girl” is an adjective. Likewise for “boy-girl”.
